Our goal is to make your first experience in our office unique. From the moment you walk into our office our professional staff will make you feel that you are the only patient in our office. During your first visit, you can expect:

● A warm and friendly greeting
● A dental staff member will meet with you to discuss your concerns, your dental and
   medical history and your goals and expectations for your dental health and smile.
● You will meet with our dental hygienists or dental assistants, who generally
   takes a full set of x-rays (unless we have received a recent set from you or
   your previous dentist) and obtain study models of your teeth.
● Then you will see Dr. Carollo who will do a comprehensive exam, (including an oral
   cancer screening, bite analysis, and periodontal exam) and take digital photographs of
   your mouth to view your dental conditions. These give you a view of your teeth as
   others see it.
● A comprehensive treatment plan will be formulated and discussed with you.
   All treatment is individualized for you.
● Our office administrator will go over financial arrangements and any dental insurance
   information.
